OUR RETURNS POLICY:
**This returns policy is relating to online sales only. For purchases made in store please contact us for in store returns policy.**
East 73rd are happy to provide a refund or exchange on any items purchased online within 14 days of purchase, provided it is not damaged, soiled, altered or been worn. The items need to be returned as they were received in a salable condition with our original tags still attached. Please notify us by e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (068-25712) if you wish to return an item.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights.
**There will be no reimbursement from East 73rd for any costs incurred by the customer in the returning of items purchased online and any items being returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery.**
Once an item has been received by us for return we will process the refund within 7 working days and the refund will be made to the original source it was accepted from.
